The Sunseeker Sensation is perfect for the whole family. The Holiday home has a huge amount of space and 2 very well proportioned bedrooms. Perfect for holiday use or for taking advantage of our very own successful letting package where we can guarantee you a substantial income back on your investment of 5% after all annual costs ( terms and conditions apply ) for 5 years !!

As you walk from your purpose built veranda, you enter the lodge through the side door which takes you directly in to your open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area to your right you will find a little seat, coat hooks and a handy cupboard for storage. In front of you will be your kitchen with an island and stools, an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and wine cooler and microwave, your kitchen has an eye level cooker and a counter top hob.

Moving on from your kitchen is your dining area with extending table and chairs. The dining area takes you to your lounge with freestanding furniture comprising of one 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs and electric fire. As you walk away from your lounge down the hallway on your right you will find your family bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. At the end of the hallway you will find your twin bedroom with 2 single beds, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Coming out of your twin room you will find your spacious double bedroom with dressing table, 2 wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Walking through your double bedroom you will find your en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and storage shelves.
