The Hay Safari Lodge is a tent designed with all of the luxuries of a lodge. Sitting on the Suffolk heritage coast, your new holiday home will always be surrounded by beauty, whatever the weather. This tent is also fabulous on the inside, containing all of the amenities that you would normally expect of a lodge, such as a kitchen, lounge, dining area, shower room and two bedrooms. The tent will be sold on a long licence and you have the added option of letting it out through our office throughout the year. That means you can make a return on your investment when you're not using it as a holiday home. Other businesses within the Beeston Group have produced rental returns of 6%.
