Looking to keep busy this summer season?

We have compiled a list of exciting things coming up this summer across Suffolk/ Norfolk.

  • Summer Trail Lowestoft: 21st June – 29th August
    Back again this year, is the summer trail, which is a free event for all. Your challenge is to find 20 fluffy hares hiding around the town. Each hare has its own name, so you will need to write down the names of each one you find. Once you’ve found them all head into Lowestoft Library with your form to claim your certificate!
  • Bungay Street Market: Sunday 6th July (10am – 4pm)
    Head down into Bungay town centre for a lovely day, full of market stalls offering some of the best local, arts/crafts, food and drinks and gifts. Parking is limited in the town centre but there is additional parking at Bungay golf club.
  • Lowestoft Pride: Saturday 12th July
    Lowestoft is hosting their yearly Pride Parade! Head down to Sparrow’s Nest Gardens to join in the celebrations. There will be a parade, performances and plenty of stalls to browse. A fantastic day of celebration for all!
  • Great Yarmouth Big Wednesday Fireworks: 23rd July to 27th August
    This is a free firework event which runs every Wednesday night throughout the whole of the summer holidays. Just head down the Great Yarmouth Seafront to see them. There is entertainment throughout starting at 6pm and 9pm and then firework display starts at 10pm.
  • Framlingham County Show: 16th & 17th August
    There is so much to see and do at the Framlingham County Show, from Music, cookery demonstrations, Magic shows and we love dogs. You can either pre-book tickets or you can pay on the gate. There really is something fun for everyone.
  • Lowestoft Carnival: Sunday 17th August
    The party is coming to town! Head into town for the Lowestoft Carnival! It promises to be a day full of fun and festivities, with plenty of activities for everyone.
  • Lattitude Festival: 24th – 27th July
    The Lattitude Festival is back for 2025! Suffolk’s favourite festival       showcasing the very best music and arts, set in picturesque Henham park. Pre-booking tickets is a must for this event. The best part is that the bus directly to Lattitude stops directly outside The Hollies!
